Protect yourself

How are you warrior?

The worst possible thing that can happen to any warrior is to have a limiting or worse than that a disabling injury. Make sure you stretch, warm up and cool down after every training session. If for some reason you do find yourself dinged and can't get out and train you can always work on your mind and spirit! Do not neglect your nutrition when down for a while, it is more important than ever to maintain a healthy eating plan. I will be posting more information and inspirational stuff in the near future so keep checking back.
